Pottery at Rakkh

Safedo aunty and Sandeep both of who were trained briefly at the famous Andretta Pottery Village will guide you through clay sourcing and preparation to help you by literal hand-holding you until you get the hang of working the potter’s wheel. For those of you who are a quick study, you will be introduced to advanced techniques for beautifying your creations. Whatever your skill, you will love your creations as your own child and cherish the memory for a lifetime with a self-created souvenir to sweeten it. The pottery station is an enterprise in sustainability too with the local adobe architecture making it eco-friendly and generating employment for the community and of course, souvenirs sourced and made locally with almost zero carbon footprint.
