Paragliding: Bir is not only the most famous paragliding spot in India but also the center of the International Paragliding World Cup. At 8000 ft above sea level is the take-off site and the landing site is at 4300 ft. The flight time would be around 15-30 minutes. The perfect time for paragliding is from October to June.
Hang-Gliding: Hand-gliding is another sport for adventure seekers. Billing(14 km) is the launchpad for the hand gliders and Bir is the landing site.A training program is available for interested people in the Aero Sports Complex of Bir, which is run by the HTDC.
Mountain Biking: Bir will give many opportunities to explore the Dhauldhar Ranges on a bike. Biking in the lap of nature through the valley, dense forests and mountains will rejuvenate you and your spirits.
28 km drive and 6 km Trek to Tatani hot water spring: A natural hot sulfur spring is a major tourist attraction. The water is known to provide relief from pain in joints, fatigue, anxiety, stress and also cure skin disease.
